National Whipped Cream Day!

It's National Whipped Cream Day! Alcohol-infused whipped cream? Don't mind if I do! Whipped Lightning was the first to do it, and do it well with some of the most decadent flavors. German Chocolate, Caramel Pecan, Hazelnut Espresso, Amaretto, the list goes on and on of alcohol-infused whipped creams that are sure to spruce up any cocktail or dessert you can put together.

There is even a his and her's shooter version for whipped cream cocktails. Oh yeah. It's that serious.

His:  {M*** Diver}  Hers:  {B*** Job}  Stop blushing and just try them!

{B*** Job}
3/4 oz. Kahlua
Amaretto Whipped Cream

Combine the Bailey's Irish Cream and Kahlua {layered} in a chilled shot glass.  Top off with amaretto whipped cream.  Place the drink on the chair between a mans legs. Typically, this is a no-hands drink. You get the idea.

{M*** Diver}
Spiced Vanilla Whipped Cream
Sugar or Salt
Lime Wedge

Salt or sugar the rim of a margarita glass. Pour chilled Jose Cuervo Gold into glass. Top off with spiced vanilla whipped cream. Garnish with lime wedge. Have a lady hold the glass between her knees. Yes. This is also a no-hands drink.

Not to be outdone... desserts are next in line for a little spark with any of the alcohol-infused whipped cream flavors.  Cakes, pies, icecream, anything you can think of can handle the whip!

Or my personal favorite... straight from the can! Bon Apetit!

Tom Cruise Flair {Cocktail}

One of my favorite scenes from {Cocktail}:

Olive Not Included...

Few cocktails boast style & sophistication by name such as a Dry Martini. The cocktail concoction may invoke images of the suave and sexy fictional character James Bond 007, who specifically ordered his "shaken, not stirred." These martini goblets are the perfect match to the bold flavored cocktail.
I love the colors and contours. Flashy. Modern. Vibrant. They "scream" that the contents in this glass are not to be taken lightly. And neither is the owner.

What's a Bartender doing at a Bridal Showcase? Networking! Many brides have been opting out of the cookie cutter open bar reception & having a more personalized approach to cocktails.
Offering everything from signature drinks, to customized shot glass favors, I've even personalized "pimp cups" for one of my younger bride's wedding party and reception table. Think outside the box cocktail glass!
